Every Object Tells a Story is a project run by the Victoria and Albert Museum, Channel 4 and Ultralab, encouraging people to share stories on the web about their favourite things: about objects with a personal meaning or relating to their interests.

It's a very interesting way of creating a virtual museum from the objects and memories of the contributors.
