Add a touch of salt. You could change
the word to pinch of salt.
Heat oven to 160 C. Mix flour and sugar in
a bowl. Rub in the butter then knead
well to form a smooth paste. Divide the mixture into 2 equal
parts, shape and flatten. Place on a baking
tray and bake for 30 minutes. Sprinkle on a
teaspoon of sugar as soon as the biscuits come
out of the oven.
