It was a sunny day even though it was the middle of January as Marlon left the house to go shopping. On his list he had apples pears oranges radishes and garlic. He was going to make a potion to keep vampires away from his house where they had been causing lots of trouble. He was fed up of returning home to find pools of blood loose fangs and bats' droppings in his hallway so he decided he needed to put an end to it. When he got home he plugged in his food mixer added all the ingredients and switched it on. Unfortunately the acid in the fruit reacted with the metal in the jug which made Marlon turn into a human battery. He stood rooted to the spot jiggling wobbling and foaming until all that was left was a small grey pile of ashes. Looking down from heaven Marlon realised that the potion did have its way of making sure he wouldn't be bothered by vampires any more.
