Small Sided Game (3 v 4) - Netball Skills Yrs 4-6

(Idea contributed by Dawn Hutchinson)

Dawn writes:

  • Use 1/3 of a court
  • Ideal for encouraging children to pass and follow the ball, use space wisely and work in triangles.
  • Blues are defending, to score they must get the ball over the line at the end (where centre starts)
  • Reds are attacking, to score they must shoot!
  • Anyone can score, anyone can go anywhere.
  • Encourage using sides of the court, fast passing, running and passing ahead.
  • All usual netball rules apply.
