                  class into 4 groups. Groups are 5 metres apart along a line 
                  - eg football pitch sideline. Each stands opposite a traffic 
                  cone 10 metres away. 
                 
                  Relay 
                    race around cone. 
                  Relay 
                    race touching cone and back 
                  Relay 
                    race - round your cone and the next door cone 
                   
                    Relay race - round your cone and other 3, each team to choose 
                    their own, most efficient route

                  groups stand 10 metres away, at 4 points of compass, from a 
                  single cone. Each group is lined up behind a traffic cone. 
                
                  Relay 
                    race around central cone
                   
                    Relay race touching central cone and back
                  Relay 
                    race - run to cone, run all round it 1 1/2 times, run to opposite 
                    team's cone, touch it and back to own team
                  Run 
                    to central cone, run round it 1 ¼ times and join the end of 
                    next team's line. Keep going until team has moved round 1, 
                    2 or 3 stations.

                  the above can be with some form of baton or with hi-fives at
